Program Name: Geoffrey — Digital Executive Assistant operated by John A. Constantine, LLC. Description: Geoffrey provides automated scheduling, calendar management, communication routing, escalation handling, and informational alerts on behalf of the account owner. By creating an account or otherwise engaging Geoffrey’s services (including via the website, email, or SMS), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) from Geoffrey, the digital executive assistant operated by John A. Constantine, LLC, sent via an automated system. Message frequency varies based on your activity and how you direct Geoffrey to act on your behalf — including, but not limited to, scheduling confirmations, calendar updates, escalations, and informational alerts.

Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges your wireless carrier assesses for messages sent to or received from Geoffrey, including international, roaming, and per-message fees. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, but is required to use the SMS-enabled features of the service.

Reply HELP for support or STOP at any time to opt out. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also withdraw consent by emailing john@johnaconstantine.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than supporting the SMS service you have signed up for.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
